This version of " Flower Power " I made bolder and brighter than its companion piece. Both are based off the same painting, this one's pattern is just larger in homage to the huge Flower Power flowers of the '60's. These super soft youth leggings with an elastic waistband are just perfect for any activity your child may choose.  The graphics will never lose their color intensity, so feel free to run around and get messy in them and they tend to last so make great hand me downs as well.
