All pillows come with a polyester shape retaining pillow insert and a zippered machine washable cover.  I can customize pillows beyond what you see on this page so if you would like a different solid color on the back of the pillow, chances are I could customize to your liking, or design a pattern from any that you see on the site.  Just email me directly to discuss it at  at shackik@comcast.net
